Georgia is a writer and documentary producer. Over the years she has written long form pieces for a range of publications including 1964, Cuisine, North and South and The Spinoff, with a primary focus on our changing climate, the arts and the outdoors.

She also writes for brands and non-profit organisations; web copy, educational blogs and currently, a book. Clients include Wao Aotearoa, Otautahi Creative Spaces, SUC-Free Wānaka and The Cairns Alpine Resort. She also writes poetry and dabbles in children’s books.

In more recent years, Georgia has both produced and co-directed publicly funded short documentaries across the South Island. She finds inspiration in time spent outside, and in ordinary people doing beautiful things. She believes in the power of stories to shape our world.

Georgia is also a marriage celebrant and compulsive community project starter. When not working she can be found on adventures which are way outside both her comfort zone and skill set.
